What if I have an idea for a product I want to share?
Answer: we would love to hear about it. If we use it/produce it, we will award you $100 and one of the finished products.
What if I am not satisfied with the product after I receive it?
Answer: You may return the item to us in new condition for a refund within 14 days of purchase and an exchange within 30 days.
How are my items packaged?
Answer: Each item comes in a black or white gift box within a beautiful colored organza bag of many different choice colors. We will choose the color automatically but if you want you may specify a favorite color by emailing us or under contact us. If you purchase many items, each smaller bag is then placed in a small to medium shopping gift bag of white or lavender (subject to change). This is then all shipped in either a bubble mailer or box, depending on size.
How Quickly are my items sent out?
All items are packaged and mailed within 24 to 72 hours by either USPS priority mail or UPS. If you would like other special arrangements, contact us.
